The BAKUBUNG ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT UNIT in a 50/50 partnership with African Frontier Holdings (Pty)Ltd has 51.4% shareholding in African Dynamics. Making African Dynamics Group a 67% black owned Company.

African Dynamics Group has also allocated 10% of our shares to our employee trust fund investing in our own employees to have ownership in African Dynamics Group.
